Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://downhomepestcontrolllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Down Home Pest Control LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Down Home Pest Control LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Down Home Pest Control LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Down Home Pest Control LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Down Home Pest Control LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
